JIC Recovery Release No. 70 - FEMA Public Assistance Applicants Briefing Available on June 29; Funding Approved for Dislocated Workers

Public Assistance for all Categories (A-G and Z) from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is available. Government of Guam agencies, private non-profit (PNP) organizations, and faith-based organizations have the opportunity to apply for funding reimbursements for the response and recovery efforts for Typhoon Mawar. 
   

JIC Recovery Release No. 68 - Dededo and Tiyan Disaster Debris Sites Closing July 3, Green Waste Site Updates; Disaster Debris Sites to Undergo Pesticide Application; No Burn Notice Lifted, Permits Required

The Typhoon Mawar disaster debris disposal sites located at the old transfer station in Dededo and the former Tiyan carnival grounds in Barrigada will discontinue operations and close at 6 p.m. on Monday, July 3, 2023.

 
   

JIC Recovery Release No. 67 - RISEUP Last Day to Apply is June 30

The U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, in coordination with the Office of the Governor, Guam Homeland Security/Office of Civil Defense, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Mayor’s Council of Guam, continue the Roofing Installation Support Emergency Utilization Program (RISEUP) to help temporarily repair metal roofs damaged by Typhoon Mawar.
