The Joint Information Center was notified that Guam’s 130th COVID-19-related fatality occurred at the Guam Memorial Hospital (GMH) on February 7, 2021, at approximately 9:15 a.m. The patient was an 18-year-old female with no known medical history. She was admitted to the GMH Emergency Room today and tested positive upon evaluation.

Fourteen (14) new cases of COVID-19 were identified out of 428 tests performed on Thursday, February 4. One (1) case reported recent travel history and was identified in quarantine. Two (2) cases were identified through contact tracing.

Eight (8) new cases of COVID-19 were identified out of 553 tests performed on Tuesday, February 2. Six (6) cases reported recent travel history and were identified in quarantine.

Two (2) new cases of COVID-19 were identified out of 525 tests performed on Monday, February 1. One (1) case reported recent travel history and was identified in quarantine.
