All region installations remain in TCCOR 2 and a Typhoon Warning is now in effect for Guam. All DoDEA schools and Child and Youth Programs are canceled for Tuesday, May 23. All Navy Base Guam gates will be closed at 10 p.m. on Tuesday, May 23. All Andersen gates will be closed at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 23. The time for gate closure is subject to change based on weather conditions. DPHSS Update:
The Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS) Northern Region Community Health Center (NRCHC) in Dededo and Southern Region Community Health Center (SRCHC) in Inalahan will remain open throughout Typhoon Mawar. For more information, please call the following:

GRMC Update:
Guam Regional Medical City (GRMC) will suspend visitation hours by tonight—Monday, May 22— at 7:00 pm. All GRMC clinics will be closed beginning Tuesday, May 23, until the island is placed on Condition of Readiness (COR) 4. Outpatient appointments and elective surgeries scheduled this week will be contacted for rescheduling accordingly.
All admitted patients are permitted one (1) watcher per patient. Watchers must be checked in with Customer Relations in the Main lobby no later than Tuesday, May 23, at 10:00 am. Switching out will not be permitted after this time. Please note; watchers are encouraged to bring food (that does not require refrigeration) for the duration of the storm. Meals will only be provided to the patients.
Expectant mothers are also reminded to proceed to Guam Memorial Hospital (GMH). Please note that GRMC no longer has Maternal Child Health services or neonatal doctors on site. For your welfare and the health of your child, please seek medical attention at GMH.

GRTA Update:
In anticipation of the announcement of COR 1, the Guam Regional Transit Authority will be closed tomorrow May 23, 2023 until COR 4 is announced.
GSWA Facilities Closed, Residential Trash Services Suspended
Today, the Guam Solid Waste Authority (GSWA) announced that all GSWA facilities will be closed, and all Residential Trash Collection services will be temporarily suspended beginning Tuesday, May 23, 2022. GSWA facilities, including Customer Service, Residential Transfer Stations, Commercial Transfer Station, and Layon Landfill, will be closed Tuesday, May 23, 2022, until the Governor declares Guam to be back in Condition of Readiness 4.
GSWA urges all customers to secure their trash and recycle carts properly to prevent any potential hazards or loss. Once Guam is placed back in COR 4 and it is deemed safe to do so, GSWA facilities will reopen, and trash collection services will resume.
