East winds of 15 to 25 mph, with gusts to 35 mph over higher terrain, and humidity at 50 to 60 percent are expected. Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Conditions will ease during nighttime hours, then return during the day. Refrain from outdoor burning.
